The office called and scheduled out appointment almost immediately after receiving the work order. Our technician, Matthew, was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to spot the problem with our dishwasher immediately and explained it without being the least bit condescending as sometimes happens. As soon as the parts were in he made a quick fix and tested the machine to be sure all the leaks were gone.

Thank you Cristina! Love this company and their people! Requested an appointment online after hours one evening, was contacted the next day and scheduled an appointment for 4-6pm (no not a 4 hour window, only two!) and at 10 minutes of 4, tech calls and says she is 5 minutes away.
And folks, she knows her trade! She had our dryer apart, quote typed, our agreement, new parts installed and dryer working like a champ inside of 35 minutes!
