I cant say enough good things about Cristina! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was kind, respectful, professional, and treated my home with so much care.
What I appreciated most was that she took the time to explain the issue and gave me different options for how it could be fixed. She never made me feel pressured into choosing one solution. Instead, she helped me understand my options and worked with me to find the solution that made the most sense for me and my situation.
After dealing with the stress of having a broken fridge, having someone as kind and trustworthy as Cristina come out made the whole experience so much easier. Jarrett with Appliance Works was a pleasure to work with. We have old machines and he was able to fix them easily and provide useful information for future appliance purchases. We had a window from 8AM-11AM and Jarrett showed up promptly at 8. If you need someone to help you out, we highly recommend Appliance Works.

We had another great experience with Appliance Works, specifically with our technician, Edwin, who repaired our Sub-Zero refrigerator. Edwin was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process.

The repair required ordering multiple parts, and the Appliance Works office did an excellent job communicating with us along the way and getting us back on the schedule immediately once the parts arrived.
