Edwin was prompt, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Had our part ordered and installed in a timely manner. Whole process was great!

Javon was awesome! He came in, diagnosed the issue and provided the repair amount. Once I okayed the amount he went and picked up the replacement part and was back even before I expected him to be. Fixed the problem and put everything back in place. I would 100% recommend Javon for any repair!

Low pressure, honest evaluation

Recommend this company. From booking the appointment to technician visit, each interaction was professional and pleasant.

Edwin was terrific. He is very consciences and thorough and was able to diagnose the issue and gave us options. He is an asset to your company.

We had another great experience with Appliance Works, specifically with our technician, Edwin, who repaired our Sub-Zero refrigerator. Edwin was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. The repair required ordering multiple parts, and the Appliance Works office did an excellent job communicating with us along the way and getting us back on the schedule immediately once the parts arrived. Weve used Appliance Works in the past for other repairs, including our Wolf range, and have consistently had a great experience. Very impressed with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend Appliance Works, and specifically Edwin!

I was fully prepared to find out that my new (used) fridge that I got an amazing deal on was gonna end up on the curb. But it took Edwin 5 mins to diagnosis with layman’s explanation. Very thankful for Edwin making my amazing deal still amazing.

Edwin from Appliance Works did a great job fixing our broken microwave door (one of the springs had broken). He was very professional, kind and thoughtful. He cleaned up after he finished. We appreciated his eye for detail too! Thank you so much!

When I called, a human answered the phone. A very nice person who scheduled me with the first available appointment. Edwin was my service tech. He called/text to let me know he was on his way. Very personable. I told him my issues I was having w my washer/dryer, he is a good listener. He assessed the problems gave me a price, I okd it, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Extremely happy with Edwin and the service he provided. A+++
