  Cristina C came to our home in Surprise to help us with our broken Kitchenaid microwave/hood. Within 20 minutes of her being here it was powered back on. She performed all tests to make sure it was functioning properly and we are so thrilled to not have bought a new one. Cristina was very courteous, on time, and knew what she was doing.   Jacob from Appliance Works did a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it running like new in no time. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Though we ended up being advised to replace our washer due to the necessary repair expenses being pricey enough so as to warrant a replacement, we greatly appreciate both the swiftness and honesty of our technician, Steve!
