She was great!
We are so grateful for Christina! She is efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did she fix the problem, she also provided us with great feedback on how to maintain the condition of our appliance. She definitely is an expert in her line of work.
Riley was prompt and explained everything about the problems with my appliances clearly. He was very polite and knowledgeable about both the dishwasher and the microwave. While taking them apart for the needed repairs he was very careful of the floors and surrounding cabinets. He tested them both on completion and cleaned everything up beautifully at the end. I would definitely call Appliance Works again and ask for Riley!
We had just moved in and were so excited to cook our first meal, only to find out the oven didn’t work. Thankfully, Cristina came to the rescue!
From the very beginning, she was professional yet incredibly friendly. She called ahead with her ETA, spoke with such a welcoming tone, and immediately put us at ease. When she arrived, Cristina balanced kindness with professionalism — she listened to my concerns, walked me through basic troubleshooting, and even showed me where my breaker box was (something I wouldn’t have known otherwise!). She explained how Samsung appliances can react to power glitches and made sure I fully understood the process.
After resetting the breaker, the oven finally worked — but what impressed me most was Cristina’s dedication. She didn’t just leave after a quick fix; she stayed to double-check the oven and warmer were fully functioning, ensuring everything was ready for us to enjoy. That “above and beyond” care really stood out.
Cristina also explained the follow-up process should we ever need help again, which gave me even more confidence in her and her company.
I can’t recommend Cristina and her team highly enough. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely cares about her customers, Cristina is the one to call. She truly made what could’ve been a stressful situation into a great experience.
Very friendly and professional
Highly recommended! I was able to talk to someone on the phone who was so kind, and she was able to have Jarrett come out within a couple hours. He was able to quickly diagnose the situation and ordered the part we needed. As soon as the part came in he was over to make the repair. The service was great. Jarret was communitve, quick and worked efficiency so that everything ran smoothly. And I think the price was very fair. All around, they were wonderful to work with.
Chris was extremely professional and helpful. When the original part was ordered and did not work, Chris took the initiative to diagnose and research the problem further. He, returned one week later and was able to successfully repair out Microwave. We are very appreciative of his efforts. We will definitely use him in the future as well, recommend him to others.
Riley was very professional.
He diagnosed the problem why the refrigerator was not cooling. The part was ordered, which came quickly. Riley returned and installed the part. Great customer service! I highly recommend Riley, and using Appliance Works !
Ive used Appliance Works over the years but never left a review. I would recommend them for a wide range of appliances. Theyve always provided excellent service and professional representatives. On time, within range of all estimates and great explanation of services and parts needed.
