Jarret, Technician from Application Works, provided excellent professional service and repair on my Kenmore Dryer on October 1, 2025. I trust his expertise on all my appliances.
Cristina was great! On time, polite and got straight to work. She explained everything along the way and got our dryer fixed up in no time!
Took Jarret 15 hours LESS than if I did it myself!
Jarret was polite and knowledgeable.
Duane was on time and friendly for the diagnosis. The part came in as expected and installed on time. Great service! Thanks!!
Very pleasant gentlemen. Stayed in touch with other techs when he wasn’t exactly sure of the issue. Issue seems to have been solved as quickly as possible, and I would use them again. Horribly expensive to fix a faulty microwave but that’s not their fault. I’m sure that’s a universal issue.
Appliance Works did a great job fixing our oven and clothes dryer on seperate calls. Both techs were amazing. Without even looking at it yet, Riley had the replacement part that was needed in his pocket and had everything fixed in under a hour. Solid work l.
Riley did a super job repairing our GE Cafe. He certainly knows his business, he is polite and courteous and I am sure he is an asset to his company. We would certainly use his services again. Thank you Riley as we really appreciated the microwave working again.
Riley was prompt, kind, and explained exactly what was happening. After finishing his work he went over prevented measures we could take to ensure the longevity of our appliance. His attitude, attention to detail, and work ethic are 100%. Thank you.
Came in and took my dryer apart and figured out the problem right away. Made a suggestion to replace all of the same parts (only one was in bad shape) which made sense to me. Fixed it, put it back together, tested it, cleaned up and was gone. Very nice guy (Chris) He gave me suggestions to get more life out of my dryer. Would recommend this business.
