Edwin introduced himself right away. He is very professional seemed to be experienced. Tried a number of different things before finding out. He fixed the washer and dryer and then saidmaybe we should look at it being an electrical problem. He explained what he was doing along the way and what he thought the problem was. Complemented us on the fact that we have a Maytag washing machine that is 25 years old and that they don’t make them that well any longer. It was a pleasure to have him work on our washer.

I cant say enough good things about Cristina! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was kind, respectful, professional, and treated my home with so much care.
What I appreciated most was that she took the time to explain the issue and gave me different options for how it could be fixed. She never made me feel pressured into choosing one solution. Instead, she helped me understand my options and worked with me to find the solution that made the most sense for me and my situation.

Jarrett with Appliance Works was a pleasure to work with. We have old machines and he was able to fix them easily and provide useful information for future appliance purchases. We had another great experience with Appliance Works, specifically with our technician, Edwin, who repaired our Sub-Zero refrigerator. Edwin was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process.

The repair required ordering multiple parts, and the Appliance Works office did an excellent job communicating with us along the way and getting us back on the schedule immediately once the parts arrived.
