Ricky came to repair my Whirlpool French door freezer bottom refrigerator today. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on how to roll my fridge out and clean out the blocked reservoir. I also had requested that he clean the front coils. It was enjoyable watching him de-ice the lower interior layer of frozen water that I couldnt reach myself on my own.
I will definitely keep the Appliance Works magnet on my fridge for the next time my major appliances need service. I believe in supporting companies that have their own trained employees versus independent subcontractors.
