Cristina C, called ahead, arrived on schedule and provided excellent service. She thoroughly explained and showed us everything she was doing while working on our refrigerator/freezer, and was very pleasant and helpful the whole time. Appliance works pricing was quite reasonable and the entire visit was well worth it. I heartily recommend both appliance works and Christina especially. The only reason for 4 stars for convenience is because it took 3 days to get in the schedule.
