I can’t say enough good things about Cristina! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was kind, respectful, professional, and treated my home with so much care.
What I appreciated most was that she took the time to explain the issue and gave me different options for how it could be fixed. She never made me feel pressured into choosing one solution. Instead, she helped me understand my options and worked with me to find the solution that made the most sense for me and my situation.
After dealing with the stress of having a broken fridge, having someone as kind and trustworthy as Cristina come out made the whole experience so much easier. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs appliance repair. She deserves all the recognition for the amazing service she provided!

Edwin was great!

Edwin introduced himself right away. He is very professional seemed to be experienced. Tried a number of different things before finding out. He fixed the washer and dryer and then saidmaybe we should look at it being an electrical problem. He explained what he was doing along the way and what he thought the problem was. Complemented us on the fact that we have a Maytag washing machine that is 25 years old and that they don’t make them that well any longer. It was a pleasure to have him work on our washer.

Edwin is future management material! He is respectful, thorough, beyond kind, and of course knowledgeable! He came and fixed my appliances that had been looked at by 2 other service men and he was able to get to the bottom of it! Will be requesting him by name in the future! Seriously great technician
