Our technician, Cristina C, arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about our issue. She performed proper diagnostics to determine the cause of our oven not working and ordered the part on site. A few days later, Cristina C, returned to our home with the part and ran through additional tests after installing it to make sure that the oven worked correctly. I highly recommend Appliance Works and if you are able to get Cristina C as your service technician you will be in good hands!

Javon came right in the fixed day was honest, so amazingly nice, amazing man. This company will alwasy be my #1 as long as they keep Javon L.
