Easily scheduled an appointment with Appliance Works for a noisy refrigerator.
I was given an arrival window between 2-5pm. Ricky P. called ahead of time to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He arrived between 2-3pm and was very friendly and professional.
Ricky determined that the freezer fan motor was failing and he did have a new fan motor on the truck which is always a good sign that a tech is prepared.
He explained the repair, answered my questions, gave me a price and within an hour my refrigerator was repaired. Ricky informed me of the 90 days parts and labor warranty.

After a very frustrating experience on the phone with LG tech support for my washing machine issue and finally connecting with someone to arrange for an in-person visit from an actual person to diagnose the problem (for a quoted price of $399+tax!!!), I said, "No thanks, I will look for someone else." I researched local vendors for LG service. I ran across Appliance Works and am so glad I did. They answered the phone right away, asked some pertinent questions, and said they could have a technician out to my house the next day. Jarret called me when he was enroute (during the specified
time frame) and showed up about 20 minutes later. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were fortunate that he had the necessary part with him. The price was very reasonable (much less than LG's price just to show up), and the job was completed in less than 3 hours. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Appliance Works and Jarret.
