Was able to come out the day I called for a service appointment. Followed up with a call prior to arrival. Very thorough in his approach to the problem of my washer not spinning. Unfortunately the repair will be around the same price as a new washer, so time to go shopping. I would highly recommend Matthew and Appliance Works if you need help in the future.
