I cant say enough good things about Cristina! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was kind, respectful, professional, and treated my home with so much care. What I appreciated most was that she took the time to explain the issue and gave me different options for how it could be fixed. She never made me feel pressured into choosing one solution. Instead, she helped me understand my options and worked with me to find the solution that made the most sense for me and my situation. After dealing with the stress of having a broken fridge, having someone as kind and trustworthy as Cristina come out made the whole experience so much easier. Im extremely grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs appliance repair. She deserves all the recognition for the amazing service she provided!

We had another great experience with Appliance Works, specifically with our technician, Edwin, who repaired our Sub-Zero refrigerator. Edwin was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. The repair required ordering multiple parts, and the Appliance Works office did an excellent job communicating with us along the way and getting us back on the schedule immediately once the parts arrived. Weve used Appliance Works in the past for other repairs, including our Wolf range, and have consistently had a great experience. Very impressed with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend Appliance Works, and specifically Edwin!
