  Cristina C came to our home in Surprise to help us with our broken Kitchenaid microwave/hood. Within 20 minutes of her being here it was powered back on. She performed all tests to make sure it was functioning properly and we are so thrilled to not have bought a new one. Cristina was very courteous, on time, and knew what she was doing.   Jacob from Appliance Works did a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it running like new in no time. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Our dryer stopped working mid-cycle and we were able to be seen the following day. Javon showed up within the timeframe given and he was great! He fixed the issue quickly and I appreciate that he took the time to do additional testing to make sure the dryer was truly working properly. I would recommend this company for repairs and I will continue using them in the future!

Javon did an excellent job fixing the door lock on my LG washer. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done. He made the entire service experience easy and stress-free. My washer is now working perfectly, and I appreciate the quality of his work.
