I had Appliance Works come out a couple of months ago for an initial inspection, and Matt was the original technician. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the issue and the recommended repair. At that time, I was quoted $899. When I called back later to move forward with the repair, the price had increased, which was a bit disappointing. However, Matt’s consistency, honesty, and clear explanations throughout the entire process made a big difference. If it weren’t for the trust Matt built during the original visit and the repair itself, I likely would have shopped around. His professionalism and transparency ultimately gave me the confidence to proceed, and the repair was completed successfully.
