  Christina is a delight.Very Personable, professional and kind. She found the issue with our fridge quickly. Explained and showed us why it wasn't working and fixed it   right away.   I can’t say enough good things about Cristina! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was kind, respectful, professional, and treated my home with so much care.
What I appreciated most was that she took the time to explain the issue and gave me different options for how it could be fixed. She never made me feel pressured into choosing one solution. Instead, she helped me understand my options and worked with me to find the solution that made the most sense for me and my situation.
After dealing with the stress of having a broken fridge, having someone as kind and trustworthy as Cristina come out made the whole experience so much easier. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs appliance repair. She deserves all the recognition for the amazing service she provided!

Though we ended up being advised to replace our washer due to the necessary repair expenses being pricey enough so as to warrant a replacement, we greatly appreciate both the swiftness and honesty of our technician, Steve! Our KitchenAid Refrig/Freezer stopped running. Called AW , They sent Daniel on the call and he was great! He took his time to explain the possible situation and was quick to diagnose the problem. He returned to replace a faulty circuit board, but the replacement board failed. Daniel immediately made some calls to secure another board. He returned the following day installed the NEW board, and YEA it worked. Thanks Daniel, living out of coolers was getting old.
