Christina, our technician, was amazing. She was so friendly, patient and helpful. She came out to troubleshoot the problem with our washer. She took the time to check and clean everything thoroughly. She found the problem, explained everything very thorough, making things easy to understand and letting me know what my options were and what the expense would be. She is very good and definitely knows her job. There was not a question that I asked her, that she couldn't answer or explain immediately.

I called due to my refrigerator leaking. Scheduling was fast and easy. The customer service was amazing. Cristina came out and cleaned the back of the refrigerator and underneath the fridge and replaced the water line with a line that included a shut off. She was so amazing and I didn't need to sell a kidney to have this done. It was very affordable. I will be calling Cristina again. Thank you Cristina for being so kind to my 90 year old Mother, she couldn't stop saying how nice and efficient you were.
