Christina diagnosed the problem in our LG refrigerator immediately, explained it to us in understandable terms, helped us remove all food and drawers/shelves, then had the problem fixed within 10 min. She also cleaned the interior of our refrigerator, and replaced the drawers/shelves and re-set the temperature settings. She is very pleasant and kind!
So many appliance companies don't work on LG appliances, but this one does.
