Duane came over today to fix my water line to my fridge that sprung a leak. He called and told me he was on his way and was there on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and able to fix the broken hose. Duane was efficient and honest as to the issue with our Samsung washer. He could have replaced the defective part, but it was not cost effective in the long run.
