Steve was great! I found your company off of ChatGPT so I had no idea what to expect. I explained what was happening and he got to work. He gave me tips to avoid “overloading” the washing machine and when he determined a part was malfunctioning he got it ordered and replaced it promptly. Customer Service seems to be a lost art but Steve was kind and personable. I even joked “if this doesn’t work I know how to find you” He was confident in his work and ensured I had his business card.
