He also went above and beyond to tell us about the possibility of the manufacturer making one of the repairs for free, so instead of having us pay for him to do it, he suggested we contact the manufacturer. I am not one to post reviews but Riley reminded me of the service levels of years past (excellent) so I also posted reviews on Google and BBB. He expertly explained the source of each problem and figured out the most economical solutions. We felt like he understood our desire to be frugal, yet have functional appliances.
