  Cristina C came to our home in Surprise to help us with our broken Kitchenaid microwave/hood. Within 20 minutes of her being here it was powered back on. She performed all tests to make sure it was functioning properly and we are so thrilled to not have bought a new one. Cristina was very courteous, on time, and knew what she was doing.   Jacob from Appliance Works did a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it running like new in no time. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Though we ended up being advised to replace our washer due to the necessary repair expenses being pricey enough so as to warrant a replacement, we greatly appreciate both the swiftness and honesty of our technician, Steve! Our KitchenAid Refrig/Freezer stopped running. Called AW , They sent Daniel on the call and he was great! He took his time to explain the possible situation and was quick to diagnose the problem. He returned to replace a faulty circuit board, but the replacement board failed. Daniel immediately made some calls to secure another board. He returned the following day installed the NEW board, and YEA it worked. Thanks Daniel, living out of coolers was getting old.
