We had a bad defrost timer that was quickly diagnosed and he had to come back for another issue on the door gasket which was diagnosed quickly as well. Fridge is running well with the temporary door fix until the part arrives.

I submitted a service request at night while they were closed, they called me back the next morning right away, had a technician out that same afternoon, he got it done in an hour and even put our very heavy stacked washer and dryer back in place by himself. Matthew was able to come out to repair our dryer at short notice. 2 screws holding the drum had come off, but bearings were not affected. Had it done in 15 min, explained everything and checked it out before leaving. Very efficient and professional.

Matthew has been out twice because our LG fridge is a lemon. He is knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent service provider. Getting the part took longer than desirable, thus the 3 stars for convenience. Still recommend as that is probably no one’s fault.

He showed me the broken pieces, helped me clean out my dryer vent and even recommended some duct work and explain to me why the dryer was breaking down even gave me a referral for duct work. Fridge died on a Sunday. Called in on Monday and had a tech out same day to evaluate. Quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. Part replacement took less than 15 minutes. Was very glad I wasn't just told that I needed to buy a new fridge.

Dan arrived promptly was personable, knowledgeable and provided great insight to the problem. I never felt rushed and he gave detailed answers to the questions I had. He even ran numbers against his profits best interest and showed me the different between repair and buying new. Would recommend to anyone as they are professional and honest.
