Appliance Works made it so easy to schedule a repair for my 25 year old Maytag washer I dragged here from Kansas City. I was so worried the noise I was hearing meant the end of this great washer. Nope. Just some chipped, rusted edges on the inner drum rubbing on the drum cap. Cristina diagnosed this very quickly, cleaned up the rusted edges and put it back together for just the diagnostic fee. Even if it had been bad news on the washer itself, Cristina and Appliance Works were very easy and pleasurable to work with. As a newbie to the area it's a relief to know I now have an appliance repair go to. Highly recommend!
