Professional , respectful, thorough and quick. Assessed the problem quickly. Checked to see if we wanted to repair our washing machine and the cost. Ran it through a cy le to make sure it worked.

We had a bad defrost timer that was quickly diagnosed and he had to come back for another issue on the door gasket which was diagnosed quickly as well. Fridge is running well with the temporary door fix until the part arrives.

I submitted a service request at night while they were closed, they called me back the next morning right away, had a technician out that same afternoon, he got it done in an hour and even put our very heavy stacked washer and dryer back in place by himself. Very grateful to have found this service and for the technicians skilled hand. I would call them again if I need something. Thank you!

Quick, knowledgeable service technician and great customer service from the office. Cannot speak to pricing because this was through our home warranty, but I would definitely use this company in my own.
