I spent about two hours searching online to find a credible Appliance Repair company. Many of them contracted out, but not guaranteed the work. I finally came upon Appliance works, who is family business owned, and the website was easy to follow with LT involvement of an outside contractors. I then placed my call to the company, and the young woman who answered the call was most courteous, informative, and very helpful. Then our technician came within 36 hours to work on our appliance and he was professional and very good at what he did! Steve was great! I found your company off of ChatGPT so I had no idea what to expect. I explained what was happening and he got to work. He gave me tips to avoid “overloading” the washing machine and when he determined a part was malfunctioning he got it ordered and replaced it promptly. Customer Service seems to be a lost art but Steve was kind and personable. I even joked “if this doesn’t work I know how to find you” He was confident in his work and ensured I had his business card.
