Great experience throughout. Friendly service from the initial scheduling, appointment reminder and technician visit. Old appliance not operating and technician was able to release washer door to free the contents and diagnose an electronic module issue. Replacement part was no longer available, so technician advised repairs not worthwhile.

First off, Riley is just friendly and affable. Second, he diagnosed the issue and explained how the parts he was putting in had bearings instead of the old bushings which was the old way and that would make it even better. He finished in a a timely manner and my dryer is running perfectly.
