When the door latch on our clothes washer broke, Appliance Works was able to come out the next day. Once Ricky confirmed the problem, he was able to return the next morning with the needed part and completed the repair quickly. He also assured us the washer (purchased in 2008) was a good machine and well worth fixing. It was a good experience all around.

We called Appliance Works for our refrigerator on a Thursday, and they sent out Steven to fix.
