Cristina C came to our home in Surprise to help us with our broken Kitchenaid microwave/hood. Within 20 minutes of her being here it was powered back on. She performed all tests to make sure it was functioning properly and we are so thrilled to not have bought a new one. Cristina was very courteous, on time, and knew what she was doing. Jacob from Appliance Works did a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it running like new in no time. Tricky KitchenAid oven problem - solved!
One of the ovens in our 48" KitchenAid range/oven stopped working. We had someone out previously who couldn't fix it and gave up. Ricky from Appliance Works figured it out, ordered the part, and got it fixed. I would highly recommend Appliance Works and will use them again.
