I spent about two hours searching online to find a credible Appliance Repair company. Many of them contracted out, but not guaranteed the work. I finally came upon Appliance works, who is family business owned, and the website was easy to follow with LT involvement of an outside contractors. I then placed my call to the company, and the young woman who answered the call was most courteous, informative, and very helpful. Then our technician came within 36 hours to work on our appliance and he was professional and very good at what he did! I will definitely use Appliance Works for any of my Appliance needs! 5+ star rating!

I was advised that I needed a thermostat fuse and that the cause was blocked air vents. I mentioned on both visits (repairman did not have the part with him on first visit) that I had had the vents cleaned out within the last year and asked if it could be something else since it is an older dryer and on both times I was told that it could only be that. I just had the dryer vent person here who could tell right away by the way it was very hot when running on the air setting that it was not the vents. (the vents were fairly cleaned out). The Appliance Works technician did not even bother to check anything else
