We had a bad defrost timer that was quickly diagnosed and he had to come back for another issue on the door gasket which was diagnosed quickly as well. Fridge is running well with the temporary door fix until the part arrives.

I spent about two hours searching online to find a credible Appliance Repair company. Many of them contracted out, but not guaranteed the work. I finally came upon Appliance works, who is family business owned, and the website was easy to follow with LT involvement of an outside contractors. I then placed my call to the company, and the young woman who answered the call was most courteous, informative, and very helpful. Then our technician came within 36 hours to work on our appliance and he was professional and very good at what he did! I will definitely use Appliance Works for any of my Appliance needs! 5+ star rating!
