The representative that initially answered the phone and assisted me in making the appointment was cordial and professional! She was polite and courteous. She explained what was to take place, who the person coming out to my house would be, and exactly the time frame!! Daniel was the technician who was assigned to diagnose the problem with my fridge and make the necessary repair(s). He was cordial, professional, and everything one could hope for when he introduced himself and listened to what I had to say!! Excellent people skills!! He instantly instilled confidence in everything he said. Whoever hired him, made a great decision!!!
