We had a bad defrost timer that was quickly diagnosed and he had to come back for another issue on the door gasket which was diagnosed quickly as well. Fridge is running well with the temporary door fix until the part arrives.

I submitted a service request at night while they were closed, they called me back the next morning right away, had a technician out that same afternoon, he got it done in an hour and even put our very heavy stacked washer and dryer back in place by himself. Our KitchenAid Refrig/Freezer stopped running. Called AW , They sent Daniel on the call and he was great! He took his time to explain the possible situation and was quick to diagnose the problem. He returned to replace a faulty circuit board, but the replacement board failed. Daniel immediately made some calls to secure another board. He returned the following day installed the NEW board, and YEA it worked. Thanks Daniel, living out of coolers was getting old.

Ricky came to repair my Whirlpool French door freezer bottom refrigerator today. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on how to roll my fridge out and clean out the blocked reservoir. I also had requested that he clean the front coils. It was enjoyable watching him de-ice the lower interior layer of frozen water that I couldnt reach myself on my own. I will definitely keep the Appliance Works magnet on my fridge for the next time my major appliances need service. I believe in supporting companies that have their own trained employees versus independent subcontractors. Kudos to Brett for running a top notch organization!
