  Cristina C came to our home in Surprise to help us with our broken Kitchenaid microwave/hood. Within 20 minutes of her being here it was powered back on. She performed all tests to make sure it was functioning properly and we are so thrilled to not have bought a new one. Cristina was very courteous, on time, and knew what she was doing.   Jacob from Appliance Works did a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it running like new in no time. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Truly excellent service

Christina diagnosed the problem in our LG refrigerator immediately, explained it to us in understandable terms, helped us remove all food and drawers/shelves, then had the problem fixed within 10 min. She also cleaned the interior of our refrigerator, and replaced the drawers/shelves and re-set the temperature settings. She is very pleasant and kind! So many appliance companies don't work on LG appliances, but this one does.

Cristina diagnosed my dishwasher issue in no time flat, but she also took me through all of her actions and explained how she came to the ultimate diagnosis. I learned more about dishwasher and cleaner functionality in 15 minutes than I have learned in my 64 years! I HIGHLY recommend!!
