The appliance technician, Matt, came on time and spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, the cost for repairs (oven's motherboard and possible the front display) far exceeded the cost of the oven, so I will be buying a new one. I'm very pleased with the service!

Our KitchenAid Refrig/Freezer stopped running. Called AW , They sent Daniel on the call and he was great! He took his time to explain the possible situation and was quick to diagnose the problem. He returned to replace a faulty circuit board, but the replacement board failed. Daniel immediately made some calls to secure another board. He returned the following day installed the NEW board, and YEA it worked. Thanks Daniel, living out of coolers was getting old.
