Thanks again Cristina!!
Let’s start with the office lady who makes the appointments, so sweet and helpful!! The service tech Christine’s customer service was 10/10! So knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone communicated along the way. Definitely my go to for all appliance repair needs. Thank you so much!
Ricky was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem right away, but unfortunately the part that was needed was no longer available because it was outdated. Nevertheless, he looked up different possible options that I could do on my own, which I really appreciated. He was a pleasure to do business with nonetheless.
My entire experience from my first call to completion- for 2 service calls- is nothing but stellar. I highly recommend and will not trust anyone else but Appliance Works. My service tech, Ricky, is trustworthy, knowledgeable and prompt.
Scheduling was fast and the service was faster. Riley is a great guy with a lot of experience. I love this company and hope they are around forever.

Todd was fantastic. He was exactly on time. He was very quick to diagnose and fix the problem. From arrival to departure was a total of 38 minutes, and that included the repair. I was extremely happy with our service and will MOST DEFINITELY use him for any future repairs.
Christina, arrived on-time was professional and evaluated my Samsung front loading washing machine. She also provided an estinated repair cost and recommendations on what to replace my machine with when it came to that. I would use Apopliance Works again,
Cristina came to see what was needed to correct refrigerator error message. Quickly Cristina pinpointed the problem. Due to cost of part and age of refrigerator I decided not to pursue. I was very impressed with Cristinas knowledge and would call on her for any repairs. She was the best.
Jorge was very professional and knowledgeable. He called when he was on his way to my home. He explained to me what was wrong with my washer, showed me the part he removed. Was sure the washer was working properly before he left. Will use again.
