Christina, our technician, was amazing. She was so friendly, patient and helpful. She came out to troubleshoot the problem with our washer. She took the time to check and clean everything thoroughly. She found the problem, explained everything very thorough, making things easy to understand and letting me know what my options were and what the expense would be.
She is very good and definitely knows her job. There was not a question that I asked her, that she couldn't answer or explain immediately.
