Working with Appliance Works, you can have the confidence knowing you are working with a local vetted, licensed and reliable appliance repair company.
Being licensed, especially in the appliance repair business, means a company has gone the extra mile to prove their reputation, knowledge and ability to stand behind the work they do and be held accountable. Appliance Works has made the investment and demonstrated the capability to be able live up to the higher standard as a licensed contractor.
Appliance Works is bonded which means that we are fully committed to completing any repair from start to finish and have the bond to protect any customer in the unlikely event a job is not completed for payment rendered.
Maybe the most important of all three is that Appliance Works is insured. While we always take great care in the work we do, unforeseen events can occur. Having the work done by a fully insured company provides the safety that if anything does happen, there is the financial backing to make it right.
Efficient, timely, professional, dependable. Thanks!
I’ve used Appliance Works twice now and I am very impressed by their professionalism and courteous service. Javon was excellent and explained the issue and fixed it all good. Highly recommeded!
Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I will recommend him all the way
We’ve had several appliances repaired over the years by Appliance Works and they have been excellent. Javon helped us the past two times and I am extremely impressed and grateful for his professionalism and help- he is an outstanding representative for Appliance Works.
Christina was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, with great communication skills. She always let us know exactly when she’d be there and answered all of our questions. If you need Appliance repairs, I cannot recommend Appliance Works (Christina) enough!
Javon was on time, knew his stuff, polite and respectful. Didn't charge me to reset the electronics so no service charge! I will definitely use this company again.
Jevon provided excellent support and went the extra mile to get our dryer up and running again. This was my first experience with Appliance Works and it exceeded expectations. Highly recommend! They will be my go to for future appliance repair. Thank you Jevon!
I called Appliance Works: West Valley for a dryer that was making noise while spinning and not heating up. Everyone was so nice, from Bobbi and Penny who took my phone calls and answered questions to Cristina who came out and fixed everything. I called at 8:05 am and Cristina came out the same day and was done by 1:30 pm. Prices are very reasonable ( total cost was $303.40 for parts and labor ). Cristina is super nice and got right to work after arriving. Luckily she had the Samsung OEM replacement drum support roller and heating element needed for the repair in her service vehicle. Now the dryer is quiet again and heats up as it should. I'm very impressed with Appliance Works: West Valley and will be calling them first for any appliance service/ repair needs in the future! Thank you all! Highly recommended!
I highly recommend! My initial phone message was returned promptly and a tech was available for a next day appointment. Duane, the technician, arrived on time and did a great job. He communicated clearly, was very professional, and took the time to explain some preventative measures for better care of our dishwasher. Many thanks for giving us peace of mind!
Hands down the best in town. Dwayne was honest on whether or not I should spend my money to fix my appliance and the appliance he did fix. It works like a dream. Now I'm actually able to get laundry done in a full day. I will keep this
Ricky is my savior. I was doing urgently needed washing when my wash did not finish. I fiddled with the machine and finally 3 hours later I put my wash in the dryer. I called Appliance Works, Ricky came out, diagnosed problem, ordered the part and 4 days later he came out and repaired the washer and gave me tips to get a better wash. Thank you Ricky
Matt came in and found the problem, right away, a split hose. After receiving the parts, he returned to do install and found the main reason why the hose split, a clogged rinse valve that built up pressure in this particular hose. Matt was thorough and professional. Much appreciated and recommended!
