Chris was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem and corrected the dishwasher issue. He then took a look at the dryer to ensure the heating element and switches were functioning properly. Our ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working for the second time in four years. It had already been replaced two years ago. I expected it would need to be replaced again, but was pleasantly surprised that Cristina was able to fix it for half the cost. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.
