Sam explained everything to us before fixing the ice maker, gave us the option of not doing it, because it needed an additional part, which he told us about on the first visit. We opted to have the ice maker repaired, Sam stated he will still look into an option to adjust or fix the micro-switch and will let us know. Super individual, if needed we will use him again.

The technician was very knowledgeable, knew right away what the problem was. The only downside to the whole situation was the part needed to do the repair would take about 3 weeks to get. Other than the part delay I was very satisfied with the service and would use them again if needed.

We were very pleased with the professionalism shown and the honesty in what their thought was for potential repair or replacement. Sam could have easily said he'd fix the appliance; however it would end up costing us quite a bit and there was no guarantee that he would actually be able to reach the Freon leak.
