From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the issue and the recommended repair. At that time, I was quoted $899. When I called back later to move forward with the repair, the price had increased, which was a bit disappointing. However, Matt’s consistency, honesty, and clear explanations throughout the entire process made a big difference. If it weren’t for the trust Matt built during the original visit and the repair itself, I likely would have shopped around.
