  Cristina C came to our home in Surprise to help us with our broken Kitchenaid microwave/hood. Within 20 minutes of her being here it was powered back on. She performed all tests to make sure it was functioning properly and we are so thrilled to not have bought a new one. Cristina was very courteous, on time, and knew what she was doing.   Jacob from Appliance Works did a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it running like new in no time. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Appliance Works is such a good company, I don't even have their name in my contacts. They are listed as "Appliance Guy" because they are my guy. Since Sam isn't there anymore, and Christina is, I may have to change it to "Appliance Gal". She gave me the same stellar service Appliance Works always provides. She determined our dishwasher was 19 years old, so when we decided not to repair it, she helped us shop for a replacement and gave us a list of brands to shop for, and brands to stay away from. If you don't have an Appliance Guy or Gal in your contacts, call Appliance works.

Christina, our technician, was amazing. She was so friendly, patient and helpful. She came out to troubleshoot the problem with our washer. She took the time to check and clean everything thoroughly. She found the problem, explained everything very thorough, making things easy to understand and letting me know what my options were and what the expense would be. She is very good and definitely knows her job. There was not a question that I asked her, that she couldn't answer or explain immediately.
