Our technician, Cristina C, arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about our issue. She performed proper diagnostics to determine the cause of our oven not working and ordered the part on site. A few days later, Cristina C, returned to our home with the part and ran through additional tests after installing it to make sure that the oven worked correctly. I highly recommend Appliance Works and if you are able to get Cristina C as your service technician you will be in good hands!

Cristina is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Verify that the system. In our case, the repair was not worth it on an 8-year-old washing machine, as the Transmission was out. I do not recommend many companies for service, especially in the appliance repair business. But Cristina was AMAZING, AND BOOKING THE CALL WAS JUST AS EASY, SPOKE WITH A LIVE PERSON AND SHE WAS FRIENDLY AS WELL 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.
