Easily scheduled an appointment with Appliance Works for a noisy refrigerator. I was given an arrival window between 2-5pm. Ricky P. called ahead of time to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He arrived between 2-3pm and was very friendly and professional. Ricky determined that the freezer fan motor was failing and he did have a new fan motor on the truck which is always a good sign that a tech is prepared. He explained the repair, answered my questions, gave me a price and within an hour my refrigerator was repaired. Ricky informed me of the 90 days parts and labor warranty.

Christina came to look at our dishwasher. It has an issue with the pump. So far it isn’t quite clear what the issue is but she took ample time to explain what might be happening and how to prevent it. We were able to get a technician out within 4 or 5 days (we didn't have an emergency) over the Thanksgiving holiday, which was awesome. Edwin called when he was on his way, within our "window" of time. We had a quick & easy fix, and he explained everything that he was doing. Edwin was very nice, informative, and we even had a quick chat about dogs!!!! I am very happy with all facets of the dishwasher repair! I will recommend Appliance Works to my friends, and call them again should we need appliance repairs in the future!!!
