We had a problem with our washer. I called and got scheduled for the following day with a window of 11:00-1:00 pm. I received and call shortly after 11:00 saying that the service tech would be here in about 25 mins. Scott showed up on time, listened to what I had to say and proceeded to service the washer. Luckily, there was no actual problem. Scott took the time to explain exactly what he did and found. Overall excellent experience. Appliance Works has just gained a new customer.

The technician that was sent was very professional and knowledgeable, however I feel your prices are too high. The part itself only cost $11 online and yet I paid 236.00 for something so simple. So essentially I paid 225.00 for labor yet the repair was completed less than 20 minutes.

I contacted Appliance Works to fix a refrigerator that had stopped working. The office personnel scheduled an appointment with their technician for the next day. The repair technician was on time, polite and professional. He assessed my situation and told me the refrigerator wasn't worth repairing as for the amount of parts and labor I could buy a new one. I appreciated the honesty and definitely will recommend this repair service.
