Christina was professional and explained how my washer worked and what was wrong with it. I knew from her explanation that it was time to replace my 15 year old washer and I appreciated that she told me I could still use it but the drum would continue to rub the rubber gasket and I would still get the smoke and smell of scorching rubber. She said the repair costs would be greater than the value of the machine. I have a new washer coming today and am thankful to see the problem taken care of.
