Requested an appointment online after hours one evening, was contacted the next day and scheduled an appointment for 4-6pm (no not a 4 hour window, only two!) and at 10 minutes of 4, tech calls and says she is 5 minutes away. And folks, she knows her trade! She had our dryer apart, quote typed, our agreement, new parts installed and dryer working like a champ inside of 35 minutes! If you need an appliance repaired, call APPLIANCE WORKS and request Cristina if theyll let you. Woman knows her stuff, gets the job done and BOOM, she is off to make another customer smile! Christine called to inform us she was on her way. Christine was able to diagnose the issue with our oven, removed and replaced a faulty igniter and not only explained the problem but also showed us why we were having issues. Christine also cleaned a stove burner that was slow to ignite and taught us proper maintenance for the burners. Christine tested the oven and did not leave until she was satisfied everything was to our expectations. Would we use Appliance Works again?? Hell yes
