Excellent work, friendly, on time, good communication
Christina was professional and explained how my washer worked and what was wrong with it. I knew from her explanation that it was time to replace my 15 year old washer and I appreciated that she told me I could still use it but the drum would continue to rub the rubber gasket and I would still get the smoke and smell of scorching rubber. She said the repair costs would be greater than the value of the machine. I have a new washer coming today and am thankful to see the problem taken care of.

Technician arrived on time to diagnose problem. He communicated very well as to what he found and why the failure occurred. He let me know the part would take a few days to arrive.
