Because it also turned out that there was a larger problem that was not easily repairable, he talked us through options and advocated for a cost adjustment (which was approved) with the company. Christine called to inform us she was on her way. Christine was able to diagnose the issue with our oven, removed and replaced a faulty igniter and not only explained the problem but also showed us why we were having issues. Christine also cleaned a stove burner that was slow to ignite and taught us proper maintenance for the burners. Christine tested the oven and did not leave until she was satisfied everything was to our expectations. Would we use Appliance Works again?? Hell yes
