Requested an appointment online after hours one evening, was contacted the next day and scheduled an appointment for 4-6pm (no not a 4 hour window, only two!) and at 10 minutes of 4, tech calls and says she is 5 minutes away. And folks, she knows her trade! She had our dryer apart, quote typed, our agreement, new parts installed and dryer working like a champ inside of 35 minutes!
