We had just moved in and were so excited to cook our first meal, only to find out the oven didn’t work. Thankfully, Cristina came to the rescue!
From the very beginning, she was professional yet incredibly friendly. She called ahead with her ETA, spoke with such a welcoming tone, and immediately put us at ease. When she arrived, Cristina balanced kindness with professionalism — she listened to my concerns, walked me through basic troubleshooting, and even showed me where my breaker box was (something I wouldn’t have known otherwise!). She explained how Samsung appliances can react to power glitches and made sure I fully understood the process.
After resetting the breaker, the oven finally worked — but what impressed me most was Cristina’s dedication. She didn’t just leave after a quick fix; she stayed to double-check the oven and warmer were fully functioning, ensuring everything was ready for us to enjoy. That “above and beyond” care really stood out.
Cristina also explained the follow-up process should we ever need help again, which gave me even more confidence in her and her company.
I can’t recommend Cristina and her team highly enough. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely cares about her customers, Cristina is the one to call. She truly made what could’ve been a stressful situation into a great experience.

Easily scheduled an appointment with Appliance Works for a noisy refrigerator.
I was given an arrival window between 2-5pm. Ricky P. called ahead of time to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He arrived between 2-3pm and was very friendly and professional.
Ricky determined that the freezer fan motor was failing and he did have a new fan motor on the truck which is always a good sign that a tech is prepared.
He explained the repair, answered my questions, gave me a price and within an hour my refrigerator was repaired. Ricky informed me of the 90 days parts and labor warranty.

Christina came to look at our dishwasher. It has an issue with the pump. So far it isn’t quite clear what the issue is but she took ample time to explain what might be happening and how to prevent it.
