I spent about two hours searching online to find a credible Appliance Repair company. Many of them contracted out, but not guaranteed the work. I finally came upon Appliance works, who is family business owned, and the website was easy to follow with LT involvement of an outside contractors. I then placed my call to the company, and the young woman who answered the call was most courteous, informative, and very helpful. Then our technician came within 36 hours to work on our appliance and he was professional and very good at what he did! I will definitely use Appliance Works for any of my Appliance needs! 5+ star rating!

Our KitchenAid Refrig/Freezer stopped running. Called AW , They sent Daniel on the call and he was great! He took his time to explain the possible situation and was quick to diagnose the problem. He returned to replace a faulty circuit board, but the replacement board failed. Daniel immediately made some calls to secure another board. He returned the following day installed the NEW board, and YEA it worked. Thanks Daniel, living out of coolers was getting old.

Ricky came to repair my Whirlpool French door freezer bottom refrigerator today. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on how to roll my fridge out and clean out the blocked reservoir. I also had requested that he clean the front coils. It was enjoyable watching him de-ice the lower interior layer of frozen water that I couldnt reach myself on my own. I will definitely keep the Appliance Works magnet on my fridge for the next time my major appliances need service. I believe in supporting companies that have their own trained employees versus independent subcontractors. Kudos to Brett for running a top notch organization!
