Cristina came out to look at an electric oven that stopped working. Even though the oven is over 10 years old, she did some research and found a possible replacement part. Came back the following week with another Appliance Works employee and they pulled the oven out. After replacing the part, oven did not work so she said she would go back to the office and get other opinions. She called and said a different part might be needed and came out again the following week. Problem still not fixed but it was decided maybe the bad board affected the replacement part so another replacement had to be ordered. Came back again the following week with more A.W. people who pulled the oven, ran more tests and replaced a part. Success! Overall, I think it was about 3 weeks, start to finish but no one gave up. We're very greatful as getting the oven fixed saved us a few thousand dollars over getting it replaced. We will definitely use again if any more problems come up. Thanks to everyone.

My Whirlpool fridge had a pin-hole leak in a copper line that over time leaked out almost all of its Freon, which made the fridge warmer than it should be and prevented the ice maker from working. I called Appliance Works and spoke with Bobbi who scheduled a repair for the following day. She called back within ten minutes and said the tech could be out the same day! AMAZING! The tech called me and said he’d be at my house within 30 minutes, and he was. Riley was super friendly from the moment I opened my front door. He throughly looked over my fridge and found the issue and explained to my husband and I what he would be doing to repair it. My husband and him talked the whole time, no awkward silence like when most repairmen show up to do a job. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. And even showed us the bad part he replaced. He tested the repair and showed us that it was now working. He cleaned up his area and plugged the fridge back in. He was honest, very friendly and very knowledgeable. We now have a friend in the business! We have already recommended him to our friends and family. We are forever grateful to Riley and his expertise.
