Jarrett is a true professional and expert in appliance diagnostics and repairs or part replacements.
He instantly knew why our Whirpool refrigerators lights went out and how to fix the problem.
He ordered the part from Whirpool and it arrived within 4 days then, scheduled the repair/replacement appointment for a few days later. It was a very technical and somewhat tedious job to replace all the circuits and lights, but Jarrett handled it carefully, methodically and made it look relatively easy for him. He really is a pro and he was very courteous and friendly too and clearly explained what the problem was and how he would fix it.
I highly recommend Jarrett and Appliance works for all your appliance repairs.

Ricky came to repair my Whirlpool French door freezer bottom refrigerator today. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on how to roll my fridge out and clean out the blocked reservoir. I also had requested that he clean the front coils. It was enjoyable watching him de-ice the lower interior layer of frozen water that I couldnt reach myself on my own.
I will definitely keep the Appliance Works magnet on my fridge for the next time my major appliances need service. I believe in supporting companies that have their own trained employees versus independent subcontractors.
