Working with Appliance Works, you can have the confidence knowing you are working with a local vetted, licensed and reliable appliance repair company.
Being licensed, especially in the appliance repair business, means a company has gone the extra mile to prove their reputation, knowledge and ability to stand behind the work they do and be held accountable. Appliance Works has made the investment and demonstrated the capability to be able live up to the higher standard as a licensed contractor.
Appliance Works is bonded which means that we are fully committed to completing any repair from start to finish and have the bond to protect any customer in the unlikely event a job is not completed for payment rendered.
Maybe the most important of all three is that Appliance Works is insured. While we always take great care in the work we do, unforeseen events can occur. Having the work done by a fully insured company provides the safety that if anything does happen, there is the financial backing to make it right.

Overall we had excellent experience with Riley and Appliance Works. Scheduling was efficient, friendly and flexible. Riley exhibited a high level of professionalism, expertise and attentiveness to our repair needs. I look forward to future opportunities to contact Riley and Appliance Works when we have other appliance repair issues.
I have never had a bad experience with this company. Cristina has been called able to repair a few of my appliances that I thought had reached their life expectancy, and she is persistent until she accomplishes the task at hand. It's much more convenient and less expensive to repair than to replace!
We had an issue with our dishwasher and Christina came out to help us find out what is happening. The pump doesnt work all the time but its not clear why. Christina is knowledgeable and dedicated to give great service. Christina explained that there may be too much suds which you get when there is too much soap. How does that happen? I just use those pods. How could I have added too much soap? Well, if you wash your dishes completely before putting them in the dishwasher to just sanitize them really, like we often do, then those super power pods are too strong. They are made for dishes that are only scraped clean. They will make too much suds for clean dishes and the pump doesnt work well with just suds. It may run hot and need to cool off. Makes perfect sense to me. Because letting the pump cool of and then just letting it drain the machine later had actually worked before we made a call for service. In our case we may need to use less powerful detergent pods. I really appreciate people who take time to explain what may be happening. The pump may also be close to breaking down completely. She didnt push us to have her install a new pump. Honest, helpful, patient and respectful. Thank you Christina! We will call you if we have another issue.
