We were completely happy with Todd's visit this week. He was not rushed and repaired our dishwasher, and spent time attempting to help repair a lighting problem in our refrigerator. The parts are not available from Samsung, thus problem remains. The cost was fair and we would call them again.

Very happy with the whole process. Called Appliance Works on a Monday and tech Matt was here within 4 hours. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the replacement part. Tuesday, the part came in and a return visit was scheduled. Wednesday morning all was well and working as new.

Appliance Works is very responsive when calling to set up an appointment. Matthew assessed my washer on a Friday and I could have had it repaired the following Monday but I had a work conflict and scheduled it later in the week. From my first call to fixed in less than a week is an excellent turnaround/repair response. Will definitely use their serves again!!
