I requested service on my washer that was unbalanced and not spinning. The technician, Javon, was able to diagnose the problem in a timely manner and gave a very informative description of the issue. Unfortunately the damage on the machine was pretty extensive so I was advised that it was more cost effective to invest in a new one. I appreciated that the tech was honest and suggested the best course of action in this scenario. I would utilize this company in the future.

Javon provided great service to us in diagnosing and pricing the repairs for an LG washer. He called ahead and gave an accurate time of arrival. He was courteous and professional at all times. He methodically went through a diagnosis of the issue and showed me a video of the problem inside the machine. He emailed me a complete quote for the repair including time for parts ordering for the repair while on the service call.
