First of all, let me say that my entire experience with Appliance Works was wonderful. I called to make an appointment and received service almost within the hour! There are not enough adjectives to describe Cristina -- meticulous, trustworthy, determined to provide the best customer service possible, never giving up finding a solution for an issue, good-natured and friendly, a great listener. I have never had a bad experience with this company, and she is absolutely the best!
