Edwin arrived at my home and was faced with a repair that he had never attempted before. My water dispenser lever was jammed. He took it all apart and had me up and running in minutes. Riley is amazing. He was on time for both visits, he found out the issue right away and explained it to me so I understood. He was able to keep the temperature in my refrigerator cool so my food would not go bad, until the needed part was in which only took 1 day. This was a very stress free situation.
